We were surprised to receive this rating, especially as no specific feedback was provided. During your stay, we were happy to accommodate an early arrival on short notice and remained available throughout your week-long visit. No concerns or issues were brought to our attention that required attention, and we strive to address anything promptly when notified. I asked about the missing dishes and silverware after your stay and perhaps you thought Id leave a bad remark. We charge it to the cost of doing business and wanted to locate them for the next guest. We consistently receive 5-star reviews on other platforms, and providing a comfortable, positive experience for every guest is a top priority for our business. We appreciate all feedback, as it helps us continue to improve.
