There is a steep set of narrow stairs to get to the property and this should be made clear in the listing. Also having additionalLamps in the bedroom (there is only one central light in one of the bedrooms), having some additional hooks in the bathroom, upgrading the utensils are some of the minor points and is expected at this price point.The location of the property and check in process as well as communication was good.

Regarding the stairs, our listing does disclose under the Property Information section that the unit is on the second floor and that there is one flight of stairs upon entry. We understand that guests may have different expectations regarding stairs, but this information is provided in the listing so guests can review the access details before booking. As for the bedroom lighting, each bedroom does have a central light fixture that provides lighting throughout the room. The second bedroom also has additional hanging lights. The TV and fireplaces in every room is great and the shower has great water pressure. The physical location is awkward. The traffic and large intersection make it isolated and not easily walkable to the local places. Pretty noisy area overnight. A lot of sirens because of the hospital. Not a very good view out the windows. The stairs are narrow and steep.

The stairs were hard for my parents. I didn’t see pictures or in the listing how steep they were. Maybe just add that. Also, 4 towels isn’t enough for multiple people staying more than one night. I’d add more towels. Only because there is no washer and dryer.
