We loved the ambience of this property and will certainly book again. The natural bush aspect was a bonus. Proximity to dunsborough, beaches, etc was great. We felt the internal window in ensuite doesn’t afford much privacy! When drawing hot water for shower it seems a lot of cold is wasted. The living areas are spacious & comfortable.
Fantastic week down south for us. Very comfortable and clean property. Everything we needed was supplied. Great location for exploring wineries and beaches.
Really appreciate such a great property offering pet friendly
A beautiful property in a idillic setting . Very peaceful , lots of birds and kangaroos.
Everything you could possibly need is provided and the wood burner really heated the huge living are beautifully
Such a lovely space to relax and enjoy the quiet of nature. Birds darting in and out of the surrounding trees and bushes, kangaroos coming through early evening. The most peaceful and tranquil setting for a break from the city hustle and bustle. Close enough to surrounding wineries and local attractions. Simply brilliant!
The Jarrah Knoll was a great location and first time stay for our dog Xena. The place was very dog friendly where they even provided dog bowls, towels, treats and doggie bags. Xena loved the trip and exploring the property grounds and all the smells of the kangaroos and the little water creek closeby. My elderly parents enjoyed the nature of the property alongside the modern facilities the lounge gave as well as the dishwasher, it was difficult for them to use the family bathroom as the bath/shower was a little high to step in but they used the ensuit shower instead for safety. The place also had mosquito coil to use which came in handy every day as there were quite a lot of mosquitos and bugs that enjoyed the verandah area. We all really enjoyed our stay here and I would highly recommend and come back again. The location is so central to the Margaret River region, it is only a 30 minute drive and less in between most attractions. Be sure to check if your dog can visit certain areas as they arent allowed in National parks which includes some beaches however there are still lots of places you can take your pooch to. The only added improvement I could suggest would be to have a doggy door installed but Xena did just fine adjusting to the place after a day.
Stayed for x3 nights and spent a lot of our time on the property for some much needed RnR.Very peaceful and highly recommend if seeking the same getaway from it all.The host was great and easy to communicate with.
Loved the location - natural bush with lovely outlook - kangaroos and birds abound - felt very close to nature.
Very pleased with the cleanliness, spacious rooms, well equipped kitchen, great location.
Definitely would stay again :)
This is not our first visit to Jarrah Knoll but definately the best. Very good location, comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen and the fire place is amazingly warm. I would actually enjoy this in the summer also - definately would stay again.
We were visiting family in Yallingup and this house was comfortable, clean and had everything we needed. Well located, just a short trip to coles and communication was good.
We had most wonderful stay at Jarrah Knoll. Location is magical and so peaceful. Kids loved running around outdoors, playing. We went for many walks, and have seen most amazing sunsets. We also had many visits from curious kangaroos and cute birds- kids loved it!
Property has everything you might need and is very clean.
Thank you and we can’t wait to visit again.
Beautiful property providing the serenity and beauty of bush nature
Tucked away on a big bush block, immersed in bird life, with roos bouncing around in the gardens, this was peace and serenity personified. Big, clean and very well equipped property (our daughter particularly loved the crepe and pancake maker). Close enough to all the attractions of Dunsborough and the wine region, without the crowds. Our dog also loved the freedom to roam and enjoy the smells of nature.
Lovely house & so quiet. Super hot day when we arrived, so really appreciated that the air con was already on & the house was lovely & cool. A very thoughtful touch. Fab living room view.
Despite the heatwave we managed to stay comfortable in this delightful home hidden amongst beautiful Australian bush land… the bird song in the morning & roo & possum spotting in the evenings gave such a relaxing feel. Thank you for allowing our two little dogs to visit.. they had a great time exploring & were worn out every day. Dunsborough was close enough for us to visit & the husbands enjoyed the breweries near Cowaramup … we recommend Jarrah Knoll for a fuss free welcoming getaway
Property was amazing and suited our needs as two couples, baby and a dog.
Property has everything you will need, one suggestion would be to change the sofa, it looks great but not suitable for sitting on and watching a film in the evening.
Location was spot on and close to everything. See the roo’s every day was also fun. Definitely would stay here again.
