Everything you need for a perfect Cape Cod beach getaway! Large, renovated 5 Bdr house, less than 1/2 miles to the beach. Perfect for large groups or several families. Sleeps 13 people in beds. Besides the bedrooms, there are 2 couches in the family room and living room, making it suitable for up to 15 people.
Spacious bedrooms, family room, dining room, living room. Great back yard, perfect for summer BBQ. Close to all area amenities, supermarkets, attractions. Everything is within walking distance. Plenty of parking, basketball hoop, patio table, chairs, and chaise loungers, gas grill. Extra Shower in the garage. The house is close to mini-golfs, famous Pirate's Cove, Cape Cod Inflatable parks, Pirate Museum, shopping, dining and other fun attractions.

Fantastic stay!

We were a group of 14 woman and we were VERY impressed with our stay. The house was clean and spacious and fit our group very comfortably. Galina was a fantastic host who went over everything with us at check in and then gave us our privacy. I had a question for her during our stay and it was very easy to get in contact with her and she replied immediately. The beach in walking distance was gorgeous and well worth the extremely short walk! We would definitely return!

Golf trip

I went up with about 12 friends and it was perfect the yard was big enough for yard games and cookouts there was plenty of space inside and beds. I would highly recommend.

Wonderful vacation

We rented Sea Breeze Manor for two weeks. We liked everything about the house and it’s proximity to the beach. The house has plenty of space and big back yard. We cooked barbecue almost every day. The most important, Galina was very attentive and responsive. It was one of the best vacation we’ve ever had!

Great for 70th Birthday Celebration

We rented Sea Breeze Manor for a three generation vacation. We had eight adults and six children under seven. It was perfect for our needs. There was plenty of room for small groups to play or work separately, and yet we were all able to enjoy each other’s company at dinner every night. The house is centrally located to the beach, arcades, miniature golf, the Pirate Museum, various boating activities, shopping, etc. The kitchen is extraordinarily well stocked for a vacation rental. We enjoyed the big backyard, inc. the barbecue grill, and the kids had a ball trying to sell sea shells from the front yard. The house was neat and clean, and Galina responded very promptly to all our questions and concerns. We hope to come back.

We loved everything about this house

proximity to everything, great beach close by, mini-golfs, Inflatable park! The house exceeded our expectations - there is plenty of space for several families, very spacious and well maintained. The back yard is great!!! Will be back next summer for a longer stay!
