Nestled in Spokane, this 1400 sq ft house offers a perfect retreat for families or groups. With four cozy bedrooms, including 2 queen beds and a fun bunk bed, and an optional additional queen air mattress, guests will find plenty of space to relax. Two bathrooms- upstairs feature both a shower and a jetted bathtub, downstairs features a large walk in shower. The living room invites you to unwind on the large reclining sofas, creating a marvelous spot relax or to gather together. Whether you’re cooling off or warming up, the home’s climate control keeps things comfortable year-round. Fully usable kitchen with grocery stores just minutes away. Nearby dining within walking distance. No need to worry about overpacking with both a washing machine and dryer to freshen up your clothing. Guests have the comfort of their own driveway and parking at the back of the property. Access the home with a personal provided code through the back door. The front door is a stander keyed entry with no provided key.
*Please note that there is a shop in the very back of the property. Owner may utilize the shop by discretely following the walking path for access. Owner will not interrupt guests say. There are a few items at the back of the property as shown in photos. They are in the process of being removed. Thank you for your understanding. Please enjoy the guest space as shown in the photo.

We were in Spokane for a competition only a few minutes away.from the house. House was great and our pug guest really enjoyed the space. Our Host was great to communicate with and had a delightful surprise for us at check in that we very much enjoyed. Not going to say what it is you will just have to rent to find out. Rules were basic neighborhood courtesy and check out was a breeze. Drop dirty towels in the tub, turn off lights and load dirty dishes in the dishwasher that's all. Will definitely consider staying here again.
