With its beautiful stone walls and rustic decor, the villa offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Spread over two floors, the villa features 3 living rooms, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 3 double bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, fans, a fireplace, satellite TV, and a cot and highchair (available on request). Guests especially enjoy the spacious outdoor area, which boasts a lovely garden, an 80 m² pool with sun loungers, and a barbecue for preparing meals to enjoy at the large outdoor dining table. A variety of restaurants, bars, and shops can be found in the centre of Sant Joan, just a 5-minute drive away (2.3 km), while the nearest beach, Cala Estany d'En Mas, is 34 minutes by car (33 km). Palma de Mallorca and the airport are a 32-minute drive (36 km).
