Cozy, pet-friendly cabin near Linville Falls - perfect for up to 3 guests! Enjoy a tranquil morning coffee at the riverside gazebo. Minutes from countless hiking trails with stunning mountain views and great local food spots. Stay comfortable year-round with AC and heat. Rainy day? Relax to the sound of rain on a tin roof while enjoying our collection of board games and DVDs. Ideal for a peaceful retreat or outdoor adventure! We can't wait to share our piece of high country heaven with you!
The cabin is a studio open floor plan. You'll find a comfortable queen bed to your left as you enter, and living room area to your right. Continue into the cabin and you'll find a fully stocked kitchen. In the back left corner of the cabin features a full bathroom with washer/dryer. Out the back door of the cabin enjoy outdoor dining and a gas grill on the back porch.
Couch is a futon and comfortable for an adult up to 6' tall or a child.
Dedicated parking space is to the left of the cabin. Spot is shared with neighbor, so please be considerate and park on the far right side of the spot. You can also park directly in front of the cabin. There is a ring camera that monitors the front porch steps.
Property restrictions prohibit the parking of:

-Trailers
-Boats

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Linens: Leave towels hanging in bathroom & leave bed unmade (do not strip the sheets)
Dishes: Wash any hand wash only items (coffee carafe) & run dishwasher (dishwasher pods under sink)
Check that propane tank to gas grill is turned off. Put dog waste bags in kitchen trash.
Heating/cooling: April-September - please reset air conditioner to 70 degrees. October - March - please leave wall heater on low.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
