The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please turn off all the AC or heating units to “comfort setting” before you leave.
Take all your trash to the BRIGHT green trash can (Mound written on the side- not Rumpke) at the back of the garage located directly behind the house.
Wash all the dishes and place in the drying rack.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
On-street parking is available. There is usually ONE spot located near the stairs.
The house has neighbors on three sides, we ask that all guests be aware of noise levels. Please observe Quiet Hours from 11:00 pm to 7:00 am.
We have a no pet policy. No smoking or vaping inside the house. No parties or events on the property. Limited to 4 guests.

The house was very clean and well decorated. The owner has it set up very nicely for you from the Tv set up to the little snacks they leave and courtesy bottles of soap, lotion, etc…. We will definently be using this home again when we come back.
