Updated Condo with Ocean Views
Enjoy this updated 2 bedroom 1 bath condo located on the 5th floor on the South Side of the building. Unit offers a queen bed in the front room, 2 twins with a mattress pad to convert to a king in the back room and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. There is a Keurig as well as a French press. TVs are smart TVs equipped with YouTube Streaming premium services.
This unit is not pet friendly. Saturday-Saturday rentals only during season. Renters are responsible to supply their own bed linens, towels and paper products. You can purchase a linen package at an additional cost. Package includes sheets, towels and beach towels for max. occupancy.
Check in is between 2 and 5pm. Check out is 10am Sharp! This unit comes with 1 covered parking spot in the garage. If you need more parking, you can purchase a Rehoboth Beach town permit to park in any of the non-metered spots.
Building turns the AC on May 1st and turns it off Oct. 1st.

Okay
I would give it a better rating except for the condition of the bathroom. The amateur caulking is really sub-par. The bathroom should be remodeled.
