Our remodeled FABULOUS beach cottage has everything anyone could want, this is a designers dream cottage. Fireplace, 2 bathrooms, master bedroom with queen size bed, one bedroom with bunk beds ( XL twin over queen) and twin trundle, one bedroom with a twin bed and trundle ( can be made into a king size bed) 3 flatscreen T.V.'s, internet, front loading washer/dryer, huge patio with updated patio furnishings, fire pit and outdoor hot shower. Parking for 1 car, 8 cruiser bicycles and 1 tandem bike, beach chairs, beach umbrella's, boogie board, skim boards, 2 foam surfboards, 2 paddle boards & kayak all for your enjoyment.
This is beach vacationing at it's best!

This beach cottage was clean and well stocked! The beds were very comfortable and the location was so convenient to beach and bay! Lori was so very easy to deal with... kind of made me feel I already knew her! I can’t end without mentioning the decor... every place I sat I discovered another cute beach item... pretty amazing!

Wonderful house!! Everything you could ever need in a beach house. Well stocked kitchen that has all cooking essentials you may need. Fantastic outdoor space. Beach chairs, umbrellas, water toys, etc. Very quiet neighborhood. Out of all the fray but still close enough to walk to restaurants!!

Walk to beach or harbor, ferry over to Balboa Island, all within walking distance. Perfect place and weather if you love to walk for exercise and enjoyment.

Gorgeous beach cottage in excellent location

You really can't go wrong with this beach cottage, within seconds of both the bay and the beach. Much attention to detail has gone into the design and decor of the cottage which is serene and stunning with a very beachy vibe. The outdoor yard is great for a bbq or just relaxing in the sun.

I grew up in Newport Beach and have always been lucky to be a part of something special. My family and I live in Scottsdale Arizona but return to Newport Beach often. My husband went to UCLA and I went to ASU. We have 2 children who adore the beach, all water activities and the outdoor lifestyle.

Why they chose this property

Our beach cottage has been in our family for years. It is on an extra large lot and has tons of privacy and space. We love that we are on a quiet street on the same side as the bay front, and only a block from the beach. We get the best of both worlds!

What makes this property unique

This is a single story beach cottage with a huge patio including an outdoor sitting area, fire pit and hot outdoor shower. Lots of privacy with all the conveniences of being close to everything. LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!
