NEW! Cozy 2 bdrm Snug Harbor cottage steps from Point Judith Salt Pond & Marina

Discover this charming 2-bedroom, family-friendly cottage in South Kingstown. It is located in Snug Harbor with distant views of Point Judith Salt Pond. Guests can bike or walk 1.5 miles to East Matunuck State Beach. Bring your paddleboards / kayaks - the public boat launch is only a block away! For your convenience, we will provide beach towels and chairs.

Guests will enjoy a space featuring one queen bed in the downstairs bedroom as well a spacious loft area with two twin beds (with one additional trundle bed). On the main floor, there is plenty of living room seating and a dining table with room for 5! The kitchen is updated with a dishwasher and microwave and is fully stocked with the necessities (toaster, blender, coffee maker, pots / pans, dishes, glasses, etc.). The bathroom includes a refreshing shower, towels, basic soaps, and a hair dryer.

This home has a small fenced in backyard, an outdoor firepit, Adirondack chairs, and a gas grill. Perfect setup to roast marshmallows or enjoy a glass of wine!

This little cottage was the perfect little paradise! We got to let our dog roam free in the backyard while we had a morning coffee. Being so close to the marina was so relaxing. The space was clean and cozy!

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful cottage! The decor was charming and thoughtfully done, creating such a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The location was perfect—convenient to everything while still feeling peaceful and relaxing. The hosts were wonderful, friendly, and made us feel right at home. Our stay at Patrick’s & Kimberly’s Snug Harbor home was awesome! My husband & I shared our time there with 3 of our grandsons. The boys liked the idea of their own upstairs bedroom and thought the staircase was cool. The new interior and decor in the home made for a very comfortable stay. Many amenities with this rental gave us a real at home feeling. Definitely a summer rental to return to.Patrick & Kimberly were great hosts!

The Snug Harbor cottage exceeded expectations on every point. Spotlessly clean in a quiet location, well supplied cooking equipment with excellent and prompt communication from Kimberly and Patrick left us wanting for nothing. We made great use of the provided parking pass to nearby South Kingston Beach, the inviting fire table outside, and played games and watched movies during the one rainy evening we had. We are definitely planning on returning next year!

Loved our stay at Snug Harbor Cottage!My husband/wife and I are recent empty nesters, and this cottage was the perfect spot for our little beach getaway with our mini-lab included! From the moment we arrived, the house was spotless and beautifully decorated, with a warm, welcoming feel throughout.What really stood out were the outdoor spaces, we were thrilled to find multiple areas to relax outside, whether it was morning coffee on the front deck or evening wind-down on the patio with firepit or back deck. The location was fantastic too, close enough to the beach for easy trips but tucked away enough to feel peaceful and private. This was exactly the relaxing, low-key escape we needed for this new chapter of ours. Highly recommend!

We have been using Venmo for years. This is by far the best place we have stayed in.Pluses - immaculate, lovely home.Host thought of everything for an enjoyable stay! Communication with host was excellent. Very close to the beach. East Matunuck beach is beautiful!Nice fenced yard for our pup. Watched fireworks at the marina from the deck!!!Highly recommend this vacation home.Cons - leaving to come home!
