The whole group will enjoy a cozy - and equipped with most amenities - stay with fast and easy access to most of Spokane from this centrally located and newly constructed duplex with a fantastic fenced backyard.
The space
Luxurious and stylish two-story stay for family/group outings - each of the 3 bedrooms comes with its own TV, entire place has 2.5 baths, private backyard and patio, garage, and great amenities!
Primary Bedroom Suite has it’s own private full bath, walk-in closet, king size bed, and TV.
Secondary bedroom has a queen size bed, TV, and closet.
Third bedroom is a bunk + trundle bed. Top bed is single size, mid bunk is double size, and trundle is single size.
All bedrooms are located upstairs.
Prime location in Spokane’s South Hill area, with quick 5 minute freeway access, 10 minutes from downtown Spokane, and 30 minutes from Coeur d’Alene!
5 minutes from Target and Traders Joes.
This comfortable travel home is equipped for groups and families looking for an enjoyable and relaxing stay - your home away from home.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
In the winter set heat to 65° and in the summer turn the AC up to 70°
Run the dishwasher and a load of towels in the washing machine.
Place the garbage and recycle carts on the curb on Monday evening.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
