The Space:
Wake up to breathtaking oceanfront views in this beautiful Myrtle Beach condo, perfectly positioned just steps from the sand. Enjoy your morning coffee on the private balcony while listening to the waves roll in. With direct beach access and all the comforts of home, this is the ideal coastal getaway for your next vacation.
It is our top priority to provide a clean and safe location for our guests. In addition to enhanced cleaning protocol from our professional cleaners, we provide a contact-free check in. The entrance-way is also in open air which allows you to avoid enclosed hallways/crowded check in areas!
Parking: Easy access private parking. 2 Parking passes will be left out for you and will be limited to two cars. The HOA does not allow guests to have motorcycles, golf carts, or boats kept in the parking lot.
Entry: Unit is on the 3rd floor and there is an elevator in the building for you to use. Self check-in with keypad access code. (The HOA is responsible for the elevator and no refund will be given if it is out of order)
**PLEASE NOTE: THERE IS AN EXTERIOR CAMERA AT THE FRONT DOOR AREA**

Family room: Beautiful ocean views from the family room.
Bedroom 1: Standing private balcony and ocean views from the master bedroom!
Bathroom 1: Attached to bedroom 1.
Bedroom 2: Two twin beds.
Bathroom: 2 Located in hallway off of the family room.
Bedroom 3: Queen bed with attached half-bathroom.
Half-Bathroom: Located in guest bedroom 3.
Balcony: Beautiful unobstructed oceanfront view. Balcony is screened in.
Pool: Complex pool is oceanfront and open year round!
Beach: Direct beach access from the complex! Multiple outdoor showers to rinse off sand are located throughout complex. We provide beach chairs, umbrellas, blankets, and toys in the condo for you to use. Beach towels not provided.
Cleaning/Linens: Professional cleaning company utilized to ensure a deep clean prior to each new booking. Linens are provided. Starter kit of toilet paper/paper towels provided but guest will be responsible for any resupply needed during stay.
Washer/Dryer: Free personal washer/dryer. The washer/dryer are in the storage room that is located at the condo entrance in the screened in area.
Deck Area: lounge chairs and tables provided for complex use. Grilling area for guests right off of deck.
Guest Access:
Enjoy access to the entire condo (~1250 square feet) to yourself! The complex has a shared pool, oceanfront pool deck, and grilling area.
The Neighborhood:
The perfect central location! The unit is centrally located on the popular Shore Drive.

🐊 Alligator Adventure is about 5 miles
🏦 Tanger Outlets Myrtle Beach Hwy 17 is about 2.5 miles

Getting Around:
You can walk to local restaurants, bars, and the Apache Pier. You also have easy-access parking and can drive to local attractions within 10-15 minutes or easily catch an Uber/Lyft.

PLEASE NOTE: Host and Co-Hosts do not maintain or have control of common amenities or areas including but not limited to: Wi-Fi, elevators, hallways, stairwells, pools, parking lots, grounds, etc.
