Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items and remove leftover food and drinks
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Checkout: Checkout is at 10 a.m. Late checkout may be available for an additional fee; please arrange this with the host during reservation.
Before departure, load and start the washer with all used towels, pillowcases, and sheets using the provided Tide pods. Put all used dishes to the dishwasher and start it.
Turn off all lights and electronics, set the thermostat to cool at 74°F during the summer and heat at 65°F during the winter. Empty all trash into the trash can next to the garage.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
