Words cannot express how lovely our stay was. The place is wonderful and convenient for traveling all over the region. I would definitely stay here again.
You are away from the old city Nice, however, there is always Uber or local buses you can take to go around everywhere in this stay. The great thing about it, is that you have private access to the calm beach without the crowd, and walking distance to one of the biggest shopping mall in Nice. Place is really neat, and has great view from the 1st floor to the beach. Everything was great about this place.
Nicely renovated with open space concept and home amenities.Although the host communicated with detail on how to access the property, we did not receive the instruction until late the night before and would have preferred to hear from the host a little sooner. Thank you.
Great location, great apartment, great host. A few hiccups with the initial check in process, since the owner's English is limited. If you don't know French, make sure to communicate it earlier. Owner's daughter knows English and she got involved and helped us out.
Stayed a week to participate in L’étape du Tour a cycle race on Sunday, location amazing, beach a stone throw away Cap3000 100 yards to the entrance, loads of restaurants close by cycle lane to go to Nice or all the way to Antibes. Could even possibly walk from the airport, only half a mile away at most.
Only possible down side is mosquitoes, take precautions, however many you kill there always seemed to be two or three in the flat, even with the air con on.
A lovely property, right on the esplanade. Walking distance to good restaurants and bars. Two minutes walk to large shopping mall. Perfectly positioned with bus and train close by. Great communication from owner. Only negative was a strange smell in the property but owner is aware and is investigating.
I would definitely recommend it and I will return.
Die Wohnung ist groß, gut geschnitten und gut ausgestattet. Das 2. Schlafzimmer ist allerdings nur eine winzige Kammer und liegt ohne eigenes Fenster in der Mitte. Die beschriebene Loggia gibt es nicht. Die großen Fenster zum Strand hin konnten abends wegen des fehlenden Insektenschutzes leider auch nicht geöffnet werden. Abends und nachts störender Fluglärm und relativ viel Verkehr auf der Nordseite. Die Sauberkeit und Hygiene sind katastrophal; die Bilder sprechen für sich. Außer Dreck und Resten von Vormietern grunsätzlich alter Schmutz und unhygienisch. Der Ausblick auf das Meer ist sehr schön. Am Strand direkt vor der Wohnung war das Baden jedoch wegen Verunreinigungen aus einer Kläranlage verboten (bereits seit 2020). Warum wid das in keiner Beschreibung erwähnt? Der Badebereich ist u.a. wegen einer nahen Surfschule sehr eingeschränkt und flach. Gute Verkehrsanbindung nach Nizza und gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Wegen der genannten Mängel und Einschränkungen jedoch deutlich überteuert.
Sehr gemütliche Wohnung, super Lage und perfekte Aussicht auf das Mittelmeer. Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und unkompliziert, wir kommen sehr gern wieder!

EMPLACEMENT GENIAL
Logement bien situé et correspondant au descriptif et accès direct à la plage.Génial pour la place de parking privé et tout peut se faire en transport en commun. Seul un petit bémol, le ménage reste à revoir.
L’appartement est superbe et très bien équipé . Il est situé à côté du cap3000 , à portée de tous les commerces et en bord de mer. Le bus au pied de l’immeuble permet de rejoindre Nice facilement . Le plus : voir les avions atterrir depuis la fenêtre du salon, sans que le bruit ne soit dérangeant du tout .
Emplacement très citadin, côté nord me coucher de soleil et vue sur la mer le matin une fois dans l’appartement incroyable. L’appartement est très plaisant à vivre. Vacances d’hiver lieu idéal.
L'appartement est très agréable et fonctionnel avec vue directe sur la mer méditerranée. Tout le nécessaire est là et beaucoup de place pour le rangement. L'hôte est disponible et réactif Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.
l' appartement est conforme à nos attentes .c'est un logement spacieux . Il est bien aménagé ,bien équipé et décoré avec goût .La vue sur mer est magnifique.
En outre, il est proche de tous les commerces: à 5 minutes à pied du centre commercial Cap 3000.

Sogggiorno perfetto. La casa è spaziosa, pulita e con tutto il necessario per passare giorni sereni e con tutte le comodità. Cucina attrezzatissima, bagno grande, lavatrice comoda e silenziosa. Ampio soggiorno con comodo divano e tavolo da pranzo con affaccio sul mare. Parcheggio riservato. A 100 mt da Cap3000. Spiaggia raggiungibile dal passaggio riservato. Mare con fondale adatto ai bimbi con lungomare molto bello con molti ristoranti e locali. Proprietaria molto gentile, affabile e sempre presente. Esperienza eccellente.

Endroit magnifique avec tout a proximité, plage ,commerce,et restaurants, voiture inutile sur place.
Nous avons passer un excellent séjour dans le logement, le logement est super bien équiper, ce qui apporte encore un plus a ce logement. Accueil impeccable par Mme Annie.

Saubere geräumige Wohnung mit Zugang zum Strand. Einziger Nachteil nur ein Schlüsselset. Mussten uns etwas organisieren hat dann aber funktioniert. Übergabe problemlos obwohl die Dame nur Französisch spricht. Die ist aber sehr sehr nett. Flugplatz stört nicht wirklich. Fluglärm hält sich stark in Grenzen. Gute Möglichkeiten für Ausflüge nach Cannes oder Monaco.
