Newly Built- Waterfront Retreat in Toledo Bend, Boat Friendly
Welcome to Camp Toledeaux. Looking for the perfect family escape or a relaxing trip with friends? Our brand-new lakefront home has everything you need for slow mornings, boat days, and peaceful evenings on the water. This newly built home (2024) is equipped with everything you may need. Along with an extra queen air mattress, and plenty room to bring your own too!
• Bass + Sacalait fishing paradise right in our area, ask about our preferred guides!
• Lakefront views and easy access for all your boat-day fun
• 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, plus a comfy air mattress for extra guests
• Family games and a cozy outdoor patio for chill nights
• Coming soon: a lakeside fire pit for s'mores, sunsets and convos with your favorite people
• Boat Rentals available in the area or upon request! Or bring your own- plenty of space to park a boat trailer and a boat launch and marina, minutes away!
And as we grow with more bookings, we'll be adding paddle boards, kayaks, and access to a private neighborhood boat launch to level up your lake experience.
We're just minutes from Big Bass Marina, Dollar General, and a gas station, making your stay super convenient - and yes... Walmart delivers right to the property!
