The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Check-out before 10:00am Hawaiian time. Housekeeping arrives promptly at 10:00am to begin work. Fridge & freezer must be cleared. Wash all kitchen items & return them to proper place in cabinets.
Remove all trash from house. Bins are located near driveway. If your group includes children, pls make sure windows are free of hand/finger prints. Housekeeping charges add'l for window cleaning.
Return TV remotes to nearest side table in respective rooms Leave house key in the wooden pineapple dish on the kitchen counter. Make sure all doors are closed & locked when you leave.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
