The Sunset Cabin is a brand new luxury A frame Cabin located on 200 feet of spectacular private cobblestone beach overlooking Blue Hill Bay, deep water frontage with private mooring and a new 150' pier with float/dock. This unique property enjoys southern exposure with amazing sunsets and island views from nearly every vantage point. "Quiet Side" of Mount Desert Island. Acadia is minutes away - Bass Harbor Lighthouse, the Wonderland and Ships Harbor trails in particular.



The Space:

This is a brand new 1 bedroom A frame studio cabin built in 2025. Walking into the cabin and you are presented with a living room on the right with a giant A frame window overlooking the beach, dock and the ocean. To the left is a small, very well appointed kitchen with a dining nook suitable for two. Situated along the back wall of the cabin is a king sized platform bed. Past the kitchen is a stunning full bathroom with walk in tile shower with glass doors and a soaker tub.



Sunset Cabin is nestled in along a rocky cliff with amazing private outdoor space that includes a fire pit, Adirondack chairs, and a stunning view of the sunset.

Guest Access:

Guests have access to the private cabin, outdoor amenities, 200 feet of cobblestone beach and the dock.

The parking area is a short walk to the cabin.
