The living area features a comfortable couch, a TV, an electric fireplace, and two dedicated workstations, creating a relaxing space for both productivity and unwinding. The sleeping area is set within its own enclosed space, separated by a sliding door, where a queen-size Murphy bed allows the room to function as a private bedroom at night while maintaining flexibility during the day. A spa-like marble bathroom with a rain shower head, a full bathtub and an in-unit washer and dryer adds everyday convenience.
Just moments from the Lower East Side and SoHo, this residence places you close to beloved restaurants, neighborhood markets, shopping, and convenient subway access, offering a comfortable and practical base for experiencing downtown Manhattan living.

The Neighborhood:
The Two Bridges area sits where Chinatown, the Lower East Side, and the East River waterfront meet, giving residents access to some of downtown Manhattan’s most authentic local experiences. Nearby, Essex Market and the Market Line offer specialty grocers, bakeries, and casual dining, while surrounding streets are lined with beloved dim sum spots, noodle shops, and late-night cafés. Outdoor space is close at hand with the East River Esplanade and Pier 35 providing waterfront paths and open green areas. From Rutgers Place, SoHo shopping, Nolita boutiques, and LES nightlife are all within easy reach, along with multiple subway lines for convenient commuting throughout the city.
Other Things to Note:
Pets are allowed with owner approval and a one time $350 charge. Rove requires a property rental agreement to be signed by the primary guest prior to arrival for all reservations at this home.
As a reminder, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in a odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000 as well as possible removal from the property.
Monthly Housekeeping Policy:
For all reservations with stays of 60 nights or longer, a full mid-stay cleaning by our housekeeping team is required every 30 days. The required mid-stay cleaning fee(s) will be invoiced immediately prior to the service and upon coordination of a suitable date and time for the cleaning to take place.
Security Deposit Policy:
- Stays up to 89 nights: $2,500 credit hold
- Stays between 90 and 179 nights: $5,000 credit hold
- Stays of 180 nights or longer: Cash security deposit equal to one month’s rent
All security deposits are processed as a credit card hold 2 days prior to arrival and released 2 days after departure, or as a bank transfer for stays of 180 nights or longer.
