Absolute worst experience ever from the attempt to even check in. I purchased this unit for 2 nights for my daughter and I while in town for a softball tournament. It took forever at the gate to get in night 1 bc Avari did not inform us that parking passes were required to get in with an additional fee. After a long ordeal we got in with a temp pass. We get to the unit and the front room has 2 beds. One bed was broken laying sideways, the other bed had an exposed box spring which was covered in blood from top to bottom and the master toilet was also running nonstop. We left and went to the holiday inn night 1 not feeling safe. I talked to Brendan with Avari the next morning who made it seem like they would change out the bed, fix the toilet, and take care of the parking passes as they were included. Guard informed me we could not get back in that night without the passes. After numerous calls with Brendan regarding the parking passes while at a softball tournament with my daughter that day he sent me a link to pay an 125 additional fee for parking that he said he would reimburse me since it was their error, which I never got. We go back to the room later that night and nothing was done. The bed was still there covered in blood, the other broken bed, and the master toilet still running nonstop. We left and went to another hotel night 2. This was a horrible experience & complete waste of money! Absolutely do not recommend the unit or Avari!
