A fantastic place in a fantastic location, can’t be beat for groups or families. Two short blocks to the ocean, two short blocks to a market. The house is as advertised, we watched a sunrise/moonrise from the widow’s walk roof perch and it was amazing. THe house has a great vibe, lived in but not too lived in, comfortable, with all you need including beach stuff in the garage. Really enjoyed, would come back.

The beachnest was wonderful for my girls weekend. The multiple decks and rooftop area were fabulous. The location was great. Easy walk to the beach where we enjoyed a spectacular sunset. Because the harbor bridge was out, driving around took a little more time than expected. Of course, no fault of the rental property. The carpets could use a good steam, but overall the property was very clean. Comfortable beds in all three rooms. Large, easily shareable bathrooms. The kitchen was well stocked with anything you could need for cooking. The house is located in a walkable, quiet, residential neighborhood with plenty of parking. I would definitely recommend this property for a group gathering.
