This house is in the perfect location to enjoy downtown Asheville. The house is roomy and clean. Great way to enjoy the town and relax on the great front porch.

We loved our stay. Everything was clean and as pictured. So nice to be so close to downtown and in walking distance to good restaurants. Loved having the porch and back deck to enjoy. Highly recommend!

Such a cute house in the heart of Asheville. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. House was clean and cosy. Good air conditioning. Two large rooms with king size beds, and another with a queen. Hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful for our group of friends coming to Asheville from all over the country. One couple brought a toddler who was able sleep in a pack-n-play in one bedroom with a little side room. 10/10 would visit again!

The hosts were super easy to communicate with as usual. The location is superb. All of our meals and entertainment were a short walk away. The accommodations, check in, and check out were all easy and seemless. We love the Cozy Cottage!

Wonderful Home Downtown

Could not ask for a better location! Of all the years we have been coming to Asheville this home and location has been the best. With everything so walkable this place is perfect for the family. Will be booking here again.

Wonderful location in a charming house. Our second stay here in the Cozy Cottage - perfect place to celebrate an early Holiday with our family. Enjoyed the Biltmore "Chateau", including Tutankamen exhibition. Loved the Troll search at the Arboretum. Always something new to discover in Asheville, one of our favorite places! This home lets us focus on our visit without a worry about where we are staying!

Excellent location and a perfect home away from home!

Had a college girls reunion here for the weekend and absolutely had a blast! The location is perfect for walking anywhere you could want in downtown Asheville! The sleeping space is great, and we loved the home and decor. Highly recommend, and we will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Asheville!

This was an incredible place!

Stayed here for a girls trip for my 50th birthday. We loved the location, cleanliness, decor and overall quality of the place. Terrific location- we walked everywhere downtown- and we appreciated the easy, off-street parking. It was the perfect spot for a memorable and delightful weekend!
