Great location

My wife and I stayed two nights as a little kid-free getaway. The location was easily walkable to breweries and restaurants around downtown and Boardman lake. The condo was very nice, everything was clean and worked as expected.

We loved the property and its location. We were very pleased with all of the amenities except for the parking situation. People not staying in the condos were parking there and leaving their cars for hours or days at a time while those renting the condos had to pay approximately 20 to park in the parking garage next door. We found this to be unfair and there should be stickers or some kind of placards in the condo available for the renters’ cars to be identified. At the very least, it should have been stated how much the parking was in the parking garage.

Great condo!

Great location and safe. You can walk to downtown which is awesome. Parking in the parking lot is full on the weekends so if you can’t find a spot you have to pay to park in the garage. It is close which is nice as there are always spots. I would stay there again.

Great location, clean inside, easy access to downtown amenities. The only problem is the plumbing. This unit is a basement unit, and there is a drain pipe (in the enclosed) laundry area. The drain pipe feeds the 2 units above, and every time a toilet flushes, water runs, shower, etc....you can hear it in the unit. It was tolerable during the evening, when we were awake. However, it woke me up in the middle of the night, I thought water was flooding into the space. Only to realize it was water running through that pipe around 2 am. Maybe insulating the pipe would help reduce the sound.

Summer Get Away

The Cozy Capri Condo was such a nice place to stay. I was lucky enough to get a parking place in the tiny lot behind the property and I parked my car for my 5 day stay! Anywhere I wanted to go I could walk or I could use one of the bikes provided which was great. I really appreciated that I could borrow a bike to use if I wanted to explore a bit further. The condo was quiet and really comfortable.
