Your oceanfront July escape awaits. At Banana Wind, the sound of the waves greets you each morning and the Atlantic horizon fills every window. This direct‑oceanfront retreat offers the rare combination of true Cinnamon Beach access, a private yard, and a home designed for comfort, space, and effortless relaxation.
This spacious 3‑bedroom, 2.5‑bathroom home sits DIRECTLY on Cinnamon Beach—no streets to cross, no long walks, no guessing. Step outside and the sand is right there. The shaded lanai provides uninterrupted views of the ocean, and the oceanfront primary suite lets you wake to sunrise colors without ever leaving the bed.
Inside, the home is bright, open, and designed for easy living. Large windows frame the shoreline from the main living areas, filling the home with natural light and the rhythm of the waves. Whether you’re cooking breakfast, reading on the sofa, or gathering for a family dinner, the ocean is always in view.
Outside, the beach becomes part of your daily rhythm:
• Morning coffee with sea breezes and soft light • Afternoons watching dolphins glide past the shoreline • Evenings stargazing with the sound of the surf • Long walks on Cinnamon Beach just steps from your door
Banana Wind is ideal for families, couples, and groups who want a front‑row seat to one of Florida’s most beautiful stretches of coastline. With room for up to 10 guests, it’s easy to spread out, unwind, and settle into the slower pace of oceanfront living.
The home includes:
• A spacious oceanfront primary suite with sunrise views • Two additional bedrooms designed for comfort and privacy • A fully equipped kitchen for meals at home • Open‑concept living and dining areas with panoramic ocean views • A large shaded lanai perfect for lounging or dining outdoors • High‑speed WiFi and smart TVs • Hotel‑quality linens, towels, and amenities • Private parking and easy access to dining, golf, and attractions
From the moment you arrive, the ocean becomes part of every moment. Days feel easy, nights feel calm, and every experience is shaped by the steady rhythm of the Atlantic.
The shoreline behind the home includes natural coquina rock formations that become more or less visible depending on tide and weather. Many guests enjoy exploring these areas for shells, shark teeth, and small sea creatures. For guests who prefer a smooth, rock‑free entry into the ocean, that access point is just a short walk north. The area also undergoes periodic beach‑reclamation projects, which can temporarily adjust the height and slope of the dune and may influence beach access.

What a great place, and nicer than other places we’ve stayed! Everything was very clean and consistent with the description online. I love the grassy back lawn right on the ocean it’s like the best of both worlds! We used the bikes to ride through a state park across the street and also had nice walks exploring the beach with my dog Luke. It was very convenient to be able to use the dog crate on the property. Our host Brian communicated well and was prompt with responses! We felt very comfortable and welcomed…I would / will definitely stay here again! B&H
We have stayed in VRBO's (or similar) globally and would place this in our top 3 all-time best vacation rentals. The property was spotless, in working order, and exactly as pictured (if not better). My husband loved the retro arcade machine. It was easy enough to cook if desired, given all the pots and pans and spices available. Beach towels were thoughtfully placed in cabinets over the laundry by the side door (where there was a hose for sandy feet). The beach is literally the back yard (and views from the house are spectacular). We had a blast jumping in the waves all week. House is in a quiet location (perfect for us), just a few miles from restaurants and grocery, and a 15-minute drive to Flagler Beach areas. Brian was very responsive throughout the trip.We always love trying new locations, but if this home is available for our next trip to the area, we will definitely book here again.

About the host
Hosted by Brian Treon
I’m based in Ohio and work in healthcare. My family and I recently began hosting and currently manage one carefully maintained oceanfront home. Even though we live out of state, I’m easy to reach and have a team of local professionals on call to ensure everything runs smoothly. I take hosting seriously — clean spaces, clear communication, and an easy, reliable experience for every guest. When we’re not in Florida, we enjoy exploring the coastline and finding quiet places to unwind.
Why they chose this property
We chose this neighborhood for its quiet, uncrowded stretch of Cinnamon Beach and the feeling of being close to everything while still having space to unwind. The area is peaceful, walkable, and known for its natural beauty — wide beaches, gentle surf, and a relaxed coastal atmosphere. It’s the kind of place where mornings feel calm, evenings feel easy, and families can settle in without the noise or congestion of busier beach towns.
What makes this property unique
This home is one of the rare true oceanfront properties on Cinnamon Beach, offering direct access to the sand and wide‑open Atlantic views from nearly every room. The shaded lanai and oceanfront primary suite create a peaceful, private retreat, and guests consistently comment on the clean spaces, quiet setting, and easy, well‑organized experience.
