The modern kitchen opens to the living and dining areas and is fully stocked with dishes, utensils, cookware, and bakeware, along with large and small appliances. Major appliances include a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, oven, and microwave. Guests are welcome to bring their own food, drinks, spices, condiments, and additional paper goods. Salt, pepper, olive oil, and coffee are provided.

GUEST ACCESS:

ADDITIONAL DETAILS:
Linens & Starter Supplies: All bed, bath, kitchen, and beach linens for the maximum number of guests are provided. We also include a starter supply of hand soap, dish soap, a sponge, trash bags, 2–4 rolls of toilet paper, and 1 paper towel roll. Guests are responsible for additional supplies and personal toiletries.
Extra Sleeping: To fulfill the maximum occupancy, one twin trifold floor mat is provided along with extra linens and pillows. The floor mat is best suited for children. Twin rollaway beds can be rented instead by making advance arrangements to ensure delivery prior to arrival.
Laundry: Shared laundry facilities are located in the garage. Guests must provide their own laundry supplies.
Parking: Two tandem spaces are provided in the rear four-car garage on the left side, accessed via the rear alley. Spaces accommodate small to midsize vehicles only, as large SUVs may not fit. Additional general street parking is available (metered and unmetered).
Pets: Only dogs are considered. Number of pets, size, and breed restrictions apply. All pet arrangements must be coordinated with our office in advance and approved in writing, and a non-refundable pet fee will be assessed.
Recreation Gear Rentals: Additional beach gear or recreational equipment are available for rent from management at very reasonable rates for our guests, including large ice chests, wagons, Pack n Play portable cribs, portable high chairs, twin rollaway beds, and more. Rental Agreement: A signed rental agreement is required to complete your booking.
Security: This property may use surveillance cameras and/or recording devices in outdoor spaces and/or entrances, as well as noise monitoring equipment such as decibel readers, to protect the property, guests, and ensure compliance with local ordinances.
City Tax: A 10% Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) is included in all booking totals (for reservations less than 30 nights) as mandated by the City of Newport Beach.
