Excellent location, property was very clean and had been recently remodeled. We loved the pier being right beside of the property. We loved the pool and the convenience of the Restaurant and Tiki bar at the pier.

What a great visit to Carolina Beach!The accommodations matched the photos and the stay was more comfortable than we even expected.We were pleasantly surprised to find the kitchen so well equipped, including the number of cooking utensils and the variety of spices.In short, we look forward to the possibility of returning.

The condo was lovely, however the parking was not. It was very difficult to make it between pylons for a small CRV. Host was quick to respond, location was awesome.

The place was nice & clean! Location was great & could be at the beach in a minutes walk. The bed & pillows were nice lol For me, pregnant, that was important. The pool was right in front of the balcony, also! Planning on staying again!

We had an excellent experience during our stay at your Carolina Beach condo. The communication was excellent throughout the process, and we found the house to be very clean with a nice, family-friendly ambience.We especially enjoyed the beautiful views of the ocean and the pier. The modern amenities and the availability of EV charging in the parking area were very convenient, and we appreciated the small details that made our stay so smooth.

Very nice condo; the pictures and description are all true but don’t even show enough. Was a great overall stay; the communication with Matt (Owner) was great and prompt. All amenities inside worked great and the host even did a lot of great touches that came “in handy”. The guest room was set so nicely for both my children(10,6) and made their stay so well. The location was really nice for our taste; kind of away from the “hussle” and on the north side of the island. Was a nice feature being able to place yourself at the Boardwalk and Stores, but escape back to a quiet side of town. Great live music/tiki bar for the adults and ice cream for the kids a few steps from the complex. We will be returning indeed. Thank you!

We enjoyed a 3 night getaway here, with our family of 5. The parking situation was a bit tight and tricky to find but once we figured out the best way to get in and out, we were good. Pool is relatively small but there was always a spot available, even in the hottest part of the day. Overall very clean and comfortable and we’d gladly book again!

Great Super Nice Condo for the price! Host Matt was Awesome and Location, Pool, Hot Tub, Pier and of course the Ocean Front Access to the Beach made this a Trip to remember and will be returning next year as well!! Finally a few more things Worth mentioning; the Parking, Walk in Giant Shower, updated Kitchen & Balcony looking right at the ocean make this a really Great Vacation for the whole family!
