Die Wohnung war sauber und gemütlich und die Übergabe war unkompliziert. Wir waren mit drei Kinder (13, 4 und 2) und der Platz war völlig ausreichend. Ganz liebe Grüße aus Berlin

Die Wohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen, sie liegt sehr sehr central die Strandpromenade innerhalb von paar Minuten zu erreichen. Rundherum tolle Restaurants und Cafés auch der Edeka mit Bäcker war schnell erreichbar so dass man das Auto stehen lassen konnte. War ein toller Urlaub.

Eine toll ausgestatte Ferienwohnung, die leider etwas schmutzig war

Eine toll ausgestatte Ferienwohnung, die leider etwas schmutzig war. In einem ruhigen Wohnviertel gelegen (Wohnzimmer, Schlafzimmer, Balkon zum Hinterhof; Schlaf-/Kinderzimmer, Küche & Bad zur Straße) haben wir in dieser Wohnung zwei schöne Wochen in Binz verbracht. Die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet, um sich selbstzuversorgen. Der Esstisch im Wohnzimmer gut, um dran zu sitzen. Der kleine Balkon lädt zum Verweilen ein, eignet sich aber auch zum Wäschetrocknen. Dank Bücher, Musikanlage, Fernseher und DVD-Spieler kommt auch bei schlechtem Wetter keine Langeweile auf. Leider war die Wohnung bei Bezug recht schmutzig: Dicke Staubschichten unter und hinter Möbeln, der Fußboden noch sandig, leere Getränkeflaschen in der Abstellkammer, Decken und Geschirr dreckig und Besen und Staubsauger nur bedingt zu gebrauchen. Zwei Anmerkungen zur Beschreibung: In der Küche nicht vorhanden war der Toaster, dafür ein Wasserkocher. Die Wohnung liegt nicht im Erdgeschoss sondern im 2. Obergeschoss.

»Die Wohnung ist für 4 Personen gut geeignet und ausreichend möbliert. Die Lage ist sehr gut und die Promenade + Strand ist sehr gut fußläufig zu erreichen. Was nicht gefallen hat, war....die Heizung war defekt. In der Küche, Bad und kleinen Schlafzimmer ging sie gar nicht. Im Wohnzimmer sowie im großen Schlafzimmer war sie Lauwarm im oberen Bereich der Heizung. Dieses sollte aber alles funktionieren. Wir haben ja Winter......«
