To keep you comfortable during our warm Colorado summers, Shiloh Retreat is equipped with a premium Breezeair evaporative cooling system. Unlike traditional refrigerated air conditioning, evaporative cooling uses water and a fan system to cool incoming air before circulating it throughout the home, while continuously bringing in fresh, filtered outdoor air.

Step outside to your private backyard oasis, which borders the Lincoln Park Golf Course. The spacious patio is the perfect spot to enjoy a quiet morning coffee or relax with your favorite evening beverage as the sun sets over the fairways.

Conveniently located just minutes from downtown Grand Junction, you can drive there in 5 minutes, bike in 10, or enjoy a leisurely 20‑minute walk. Lincoln Park is just blocks away and features the Lincoln Park Sports Complex, pickleball courts, Suplizio Field (home of the National Junior College World Series!), Stocker Stadium, walking paths, a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, and the beautiful Lincoln Park Golf Course. Colorado Mesa University is only a stone’s throw away, offering easy access to year‑round events, athletics, and campus activities.

We had a great stay at Shiloh Retreat. The house was impeccable: clean, fresh and well-equipped. The house was perfect for a family visit, with plenty of room for my brother and me. We made breakfast at home and took a walk in the quiet, pretty neighborhood. Just a few steps away from the park, and backing up onto the golf course. We highly recommend this rental, and would return!

This place was amazing…the listing doesn’t even do it justice! The level of detail they thought through and provided was remarkable. You will love this place. Beautiful backyard. Large living room. And literally all of the small details many rentals don’t even think about (they even provided coffee and filters). We enjoyed our stay and highly recommended it to anyone.
