The property was a bit old. The patio lights were not working so we were not able to use the yard. The sofa bed in the bunk bed room was broken, my nephew fell from it. The shower curtain rods were so rusty the white towels got stained from it. The sliding food for the patio was hard to open/ close it seems like itā€™s breaking. There were some moldy muffins on the top cabinet from the stove. Other than those issues everything else was ok.

We always encourage guests to reach out during their stay, and we proactively checked in as well, but unfortunately we didnā€™t receive any response or opportunity to address these concerns while you were at the property. Had we known, we would have sent someone out promptly. After reading your review, we immediately inspected the home. The patio lighting has been checked, the sofa bed has been repaired, the cabinet was thoroughly inspected, and the shower curtain rod and patio door have been addressed as part of our ongoing maintenance. We appreciate these items being brought to our attention. We work hard to provide a clean, comfortable home and are proud that the vast majority of our guests have had wonderful experiences, many specifically complimenting the backyard and overall cleanliness. We appreciate your feedback as it helps us continue improving for future guests.
