A Most Excellent Palazzo and Location

We enjoyed our stay tremendously!!! It was the perfect place for our large family (10 of us)! The view from the house is stunning! There were so many options within the house to hang out… the hot tub, the rooftop, etc… Our only regret was that we didn’t book a longer stay!

Loved this neighborhood! Close enougj to get to the touristy areas but the location is also quiet and away from the crowds! Easy to talk with manager and she was so very helpful with food, transportation and any need really! I would rent this place again in a heartbeat. Actually 2 separate apartments which worked great for our extended family!

Wonderful Stay on the Canal

We booked the 2 separate apartments - note, they are not connected - and enjoyed our stay very much! We would definitely rent this again. Right on the canal, the apartments are clean and well appointed. We LOVED the neighborhood. Alessia who runs the property was incredibly helpful and responsive and a pleasure. It is ideal for 4 couples because there are 4 well sized, very comfortable bedrooms. If you are a larger group, others would have to stay on small pull out couches in the common living rooms. We were glad we did not have to do this, but for some people I'm sure it's no problem.

Amazing space in a great neighborhood

Everything was amazing about the space. The neighborhood is close to the train and not in the crazy people traffic of other areas. Fantastic restaurants (more authentic and less touristy) within 5-10 min walk. The Villa is 2 units that are similar l sleeping and kitchen setups. Each had 2 BRs with queen beds and a pull out couch. We had 12 people with 4 adult kids (6-21) on the couches. The hot tub and outdoor space was really nice as the tub was kept cool which was a great cool down after touring. The rooftop space was very scenic but hot in July. Communication with the property manager was great and they kept us updated on ability to check in early which we got in 3 hours early. AC was really good for Italy - cold cold cold. Really great after touring in hot weather. Definitely recommend this villa.

Beautiful appartments but inaccurate description.

We just spent a wonderful week in these very pleasant and comfortable appartments located in a beautiful, lively and convenient area. However, thank you to the previous guests, whose comment saved us from a big disappointment: there are two separate appartments (in the same staircase) with (most importantly) only four bedrooms and not five. My wife and me had to sleep in the living room in the middle of one of the appartments, without any intimacy and no storage. We are big fans of VRBO but it was the first time we had to face a false description.
