Load the dishwasher
Gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Wash any unit-owned towels. Keep in-mind that you may need more than one wash to accommodate it all. You may leave one load drying upon your exit.
Write in our guest book and let us know about your stay.
Leave unit broom clean. Return all items (dishes, games, bikes, kayaks, beach gear, toys, books, lamps, etc.) to their original locations. Return pool fob to left-hand drawer in kitchen Island.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Well-behaved pets are welcome – please clean up after your pet and be respectful of the home and community.
No parties or large gatherings – please keep noise levels reasonable and observe quiet hours to respect our neighbors.
Please treat our home with care – including furnishings and all provided amenities (kayaks, SUP's, bikes, and beach equipment).
