Spend a relaxing holiday in our comfortable and sunny holiday home with swimming pool, which is situated in a family-friendly and quiet area close to the sea in Bahia Azul, also known as Badia Blava. The holiday home offers space for up to 8 people and has a living area of approx. 220 m² on a plot of approx. 800 m². It has an inviting living room, a dining area, three double bedrooms, a kitchen and two bathrooms. The private pool measures approximately 4 x 8 metres. The covered terrace with comfortable patio furniture offers a shady spot to relax and enjoy the pleasant breeze. The panoramic views from the upper terraces over the sea and Bay of Palma are breathtaking. Snorkel in the crystal clear waters directly from the nearby sea access.

Llucmajor

Surprisingly nice, clean and tidy home. Spacious. A little off the beaten track so a car is required. A few decent restaurants in this neighborhood… Aldea Blanca,Es Clot, and Mr. Chicken recommended. Also a few decent cafes/pastry shops in the central plaza. No bathroom on the main level though huge master bathroom upstairs.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft

Es ist eine wunderschöne Unterkunft, die mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet ist. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern gestaltete sich als sehr unkompliziert. Die Lage ist etwas außerhalb (mit Bus und Taxi ok, ein Auto macht es aber deutlich einfacher). Der Pool war absolut ausreichend und ein Pluspunkt war, dass es sich um einen Salzwasser Pool handelt und er dadurch nicht übermäßig gechlort ist. Insgesamt war also alle super und jederzeit gerne wieder

Alles Besterns - sehr zu empfehlen

Wir hatten einen traumhaft schönen Urlaub. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Zuerst waren keine Auflagen für die neu angeschafften Liegen vorhanden - aber nach kurzer Zeit wurden uns schnell neue Auflagen zu Verfügung gestellt. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Die Nähe zu Palma ist hervorragend.

Wunderschönes Haus in ruhigem Ort

Wir hatten einen tollen und ruhigen Aufenthalt in dem Haus. Es ist sehr gut ausgestattet und verfügt über alles, was man benötigt. Der Garten mit dem Pool und die vielen Terrassen waren das Highlight! Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und würden das Haus jederzeit wieder buchen! Auch die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter bzw. der zuständigen Ansprechpartnerin lief einwandfrei und äußerst zügig.

Erholung pur!

Das „Finca-Leben“ ist schon etwas besonderes. Diese Immobilie, welche hervorragend ausgestattet, eingerichtet und sehr gepflegt ist, hat unsere Erwartung zu 100% erfüllt. Der Pool ist zwar für spanische Verhältnisse etwas kleiner, ein großer Pluspunkt war es aber, dass es sich um einen „Salzwasser-Pool“ gehandelt hat. Für die Lage gibt es noch einen Pluspunkt, da Palma und auch andere besonders schöne Attraktionen nicht weit entfernt waren. Liebe Grüße aus Hamburg, Fam. Kühnel
