Hilton Head, SC Villa

This property is amazing! Very clean and roomy in a great location with a lot of walking trails for the pets. The shared pool is located nearby, and the washer and dryer in the Villa were very useful. The booking and check in/out processes were very easy! I highly recommend this Villa.

A beautiful condo in fantastic Evian. Beds are comfy, shower in master is amazing and the deck is great. Really good lay out and appreciated the quality of the kitchen appliances, and the extras like the beach chairs.

Enjoyable 1st floor unit

As a pet friendly unit, I found it very clean! No major smells/stains. The appliances are all in excellent shape, we appreciated the updated bathrooms, and a full size washer/dryer. The only issue we faced was noisy neighbors above us, being that this is a first floor unit. You can hear stomping/furniture moving, so if you are sensitive to noise I would consider else where. We loved the proximity to the beach, and would like to stay here again in the future.

The property and condo are very nice and well appointed. It was nice to have a condo of this quality available to rent and bring our dog and family. The rental company, Vacasa, is a reality these days. While responsive via text app, they were not as responsive at actually sending someone to address the issue- in our case wasps in the condo, a non working coffee maker and no toaster. You also may be awakened by the housekeeping service on your final day arriving an hour before check out to see if you are still there. Non if this is the fault of the staff mind you, who I am sure have too many properties to maintain and too few staff. Overall a good stay with a few caveat's.
