The Island Club is a Hilton Head resort at Folly Field, providing convenient access to all of the major attractions on the island. This property is close to the beaches, golf courses, and provides on-site access to multiple seasonal pools, a hot tub, and a zero-entry children’s pool. You will also enjoy on-site bike rentals and a tanning area.



This villa is located on the fifth floor of the Atlantic building and provides a balcony with a nice view of the ocean. The fully equipped kitchen features updated cabinets and opens up to a spacious living area complete with a 42-inch flatscreen TV, Blu-ray player, free WiFi, and balcony access. The primary bedroom is equipped with a king bed, balcony access, a 32-inch flatscreen television, and a large bathroom that has granite countertops, tile, and a large, walk-in shower. The guest bedroom includes a queen bed, twin bed, 26-inch flatscreen television, and access to a remodeled hall bathroom containing a tub/shower combination, granite countertops, and tile floors.

The lap pool, kiddie pool, and tanning shelf will close on the evening of October 29, 2023, and re-plaster work begins on October 30. The hot tub will close on the evening of November 24. (Due to the re-plaster work, there may be times when the hot tub is not available.) All pools are scheduled to re-open on March 2, 2024 (date subject to change due to construction).



The heaters for both the lap and kiddie pools will stay on during the spring until the weather changes. The heaters will be turned back on in the fall, depending on the weather.

Excellent beach front condo! Exceeded our expectations!!!

We stayed for 6 nights, and loved it! Everything was very spacious and comfortable. Nice and clean. The view is spectacular! Very nice updated furniture and awesome smart TV. The beds are comfy. They have all of the basic pots and pans we needed. Mostly went out for dinner, and the property is very conveniently located. Exactly what we were looking for. The property manager was very nice and accommodating. Would highly recommend! A+

Lovely quick getaway

I was a little nervous after reading some of the previous reviews about beds and other things but everything was wonderful. The king size bed was not 2 twins, and was very comfy. We didn’t cook, so I can’t comment on the kitchen too much. Condo was very clean! Lots of towels. Ample kitchen/laundry/bathroom supplies. The balcony door and handle need to be fixed but that was only complaint.

Great view of the beach and ocean. Unobstructed. End condo on the 5th floor so no traffic. Was able to keep beach stuff just outside door without concern of getting in anyone's way Everything in the room was in good condition. The ownership team had to repair some things during our stay that were previously reported. Told me they were responsive and care about the property. It met our needs well with 2 kids and 2 adults And the price is reasonable considering all the pros that come with the condo. Will look to stay again

Great location, a little worn

Good condo with nice views of the ocean. Balcony furniture updated per previous reviewer. The bones are good and the interior finished to a high standard in many ways. However, some things still neglected that make it feel worn. The carpets should have been replaced at least a full year ago. Kitchen window lock is broken. Older refrigerator doesn’t dispense water or make ice. The kitchen equipment is okay for spaghetti and sandwiches, but not sufficient for a cook. Island Club is a beautiful, well maintained, and quiet.

The view is fantastic

This is our second time staying here and our last. We had hoped for improvements but unfortunately it didn’t happen(worse). When we arrived, we were greeted with a note stating that the ice maker on the fridge was broken (didn’t work the year before) and that one of the burners on the stove was broken. No mention about the stuff falling apart inside the fridge or being stuck and unusable. Mold in the bathroom shower, broken handle on the sliding glass door, feathers from the throw pillow everywhere, basic kitchen stuff missing or needs to be replaced. The place needs a deep cleaning and painting.

Needs some maintenance

Great view of ocean. Check in process easy. No dressers in bedrooms. So you will have to work out of your suitcase. Bedrooms in okay shape. Ice maker not working so pick up some ice at store. Glass range broken over one burner. Air conditioning struggling as air filter is completely clogged. Black mold on some of the air registers. Base board in bathroom looks really nasty. Commode seat chipped finish. Carpet in living area and around table lots of stains and large coffee stain ( I hope) near TV. Door to balcony a struggle to open and outside handle almost ready to fall off. This could be a nice condo but not likely to happen as past reviews list problems that have not been addressed. I wish owners had to disclose items that are not working and current pictures of condo. If I had this information I would passed on this condo. I sent pictures of stain on carpet to management. Never heard back. So if you rent this one you’re on your own.

Nice Place if Staying for a Short Time

The master bed was really soft. We staying in 2nd bedroom. The kitchen wasn't stocked well for cooking, & it needs a refresh.

Pretty Clean, Great Views and Location

We arrived at midnight but Vacasa had provided the gate code and our rental packet in a lockbox. The unit had great views of the ocean and was relatively clean except so a bit of sand on the kitchen counter. A couple items like the toilet seats needed to be repalced. They provided clean towels, soap, shampoo, dishwashing and laundry detergent and checked by text to see if we were satisfied. We would stay here again. Checkout was easy. We just had to load the dishwasher and run it, and take out the trash.

Great Location - Nice Resort

The Island Club resort is very nice. Beautiful landscaping and helpful staff. The location of the condo is quiet and has a fantastic view. The condo is spacious and had plenty of room for our family of 4. The downside is the furnishings. The beds are not very comfortable, the balcony items are worn out, the living room furniture needs a refresh and the appliances in the kitchen could stand an update. There are plenty of cups, plates and glasses but short on utensils. Overall it's a good condo and it was very easy to work with Vacasa but this condo really needs a refresh. We would stay there again if the furnishings were updated.

Amazing place for families!

We had an amazing time at The Island Club! Steps to the beach or pool. The 1 got deep kids pool was perfect for our toddler. The unit itself was clean and comfortable. Fabulous views from the balcony. Kitchen had everything you'd need to cook a meal. Laundry in the unit was a huge plus. Can't recommend this place enough! Can't wait to come back!

Great location

This is the second time we have stayed at the Island Club. Love the location. The view from this unit is amazing. Closer to beach than it looks in pictures. Will definitely stay here again. The only negative is washer and dryer are very small and the dryer takes several cycles to dry.
