We enjoyed our weekend in Knoxville thanks to the wonderful home and the fabulous host! The house was super clean, newly decorated, had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. It is tucked away in a quiet, safe area but a short drive to downtown. We hope to be back and greatly appreciated the hosts fast and helpful communication! I highly recommend this home for your stay! Very nice, quiet neighborhood... beautiful home!!! Mins from downtown!!! Didn't have trash cans...but there is a receptacle on the outside of the house. Nice skys... clean house... the host gave us all the info needed... Almost made me want to not leave!!! AH-MAY-ZING!!!!

My husband and I came up to Knoxville to see Luke Combs in concert at Neyland Stadium. In searching for a place to stay I stumbled up on this gem. The house was clean and welcoming. We had everything we needed and Lisa even provided snacks. I didn't want to remove a star for this because we had such a wonderful stay, however we were relaxing before the concert and the mowing company came by to mow. It was loud and distracting, so I would recommend not doing that while guests are there. This is a great value and would highly recommend it. Thank you.

It was our first stay in Knoxville, great location and an awesome place to stay, we were well pleased, the host was most efficient and answered in a timely matter, we definitely will want to stay at this place again!
