The house combines rustic furnished rooms, some with wooden ceilings, stone walls and vaulted ceilings, with highly modern facilities. The house has a pleasant rural atmosphere and makes a very good impression.



Enjoy a glass of wine and the beautiful lake view on the terrace. Relax on the sun loungers with an iced drink. If you want to refresh yourself, you can jump into the private pool or go swimming in the lake. The house has a fenced garden with a swing, where the little ones will find plenty of space to play.

Great Villa exceeding expectations

As a follow guest said to me, some places do not live up to the pictures on the Internet, however, this Villa exceeded the online presence. Great location to relax by the lakeside. It has access to all you need, wineries, golf, shopping and Tourism. Easy access to Montepulciano, Perugia, Assisi, etc. We have travelled to Italy several times and this location and Villa have been the best.
