The parking was full when I arrived and it was not easy to locate the lockbox since the details that were given were based on the location of trash bins being out but were not at that time. I did receive assistance regarding parking and not having the parking passes and that was taken care of. There were a few things that were broken and I was worried about getting charged for them and I tired to reach out to report those details but didn't get a response. The lamp in the living room does not work and the bed frame was SUPER broken. The place was clean but I did find a note from the previous renter which makes me wonder if it did get cleaned. All that said my stay was peaceful and quite and the location was good for enjoying the city.
