I moved to Oak Island almost 10 years ago and never looked back! My home is a sanctuary with the most relaxing porch and beach view and backyard beach access. There is also numerous places that offer live music including Friday night concerts in Middleton Park and organized arts/craft/farmer's market events. I love to see families come and enjoy all the Oak Island has to offer!!

My home is close to parks, the skate park, grocery stores, and restaurants, A perfect location. Family friendly but with great amenities.
What makes this property unique
My house offers dreamy backyard access to the beach!! Walk out the back door, down the steps, and just over the dunes and you will enjoy as much sand, ocean views, sunbathing, sea shelling, swimming, and other beach activities as you can handle!!
