Spacious and peaceful place

We were three couples and two kids and everyone had plenty of space and privacy but also great areas to be together. There were games, puzzles and books, lots of outdoor space and we appreciated the hot tub after the day skiing. Perfect for a multigenerational trip!

We loved this house & we adored Taos.It was an unbelievable trip!We struggled to sleep 11 guys in this house, but they were extremely accommodating & brought us some roll out beds so that everyone was more comfortable with more space. Everything was exceptional! Thank you Vacasa!

Very spacious and clean, loved the hot tub. They have everything you can need and amazing views. We enjoyed the hot tub, they provided robes and slippers, they provided wood to use the fireplace. The floors are all heated so the place stays comfy warm in the cold weather

Huge well kept home on a more secluded bigger lots location just north a little north of Taos but close to everything. We didn't use the whole house but it was well equipped and has a wonderful walled in front and back outside areas. Great views of the mountains from the living areas as well as back yard.

Attended family funeral in northern NM. The house was located in a quiet location and big enough to accommodate my family members from Germany and Texas. I can't say enough about the view.

El Prado's Rocky Mnt Views

Sunrises and sunsets with the Rocky Mnts in site. Taos historic town great, found a Vietnam Veterans Memorial in the nearby Mnts with a horse riding company near it, and had ice cream upon my return from the mnts. Visited the furthest point on the road to Taos Ski area to discover 240 degrees of snow-covered peaks in May. Then drove to the Rio Grande gorge bridge 30 miles away.

Awesome stay!

We had a great stay here, very beautiful home! We were traveling with 2 small dogs, unfortunately they could fit through the fence so we had to be very careful when they were outside! Very close to town but har enough away from the business of it. Would definitely stay here again! Pots and pans could use to be updated as our breakfast stuck pretty badly each morning, but other then that it was great!!

Beautiful Taos Mountain house

This house was absolutely gorgeous. The views were incredible. We were here for our wedding but had other guests staying at the house and it was great that the primary suite was on the north end of the house while the other 3 bedrooms were on the southwest side of the house. Perfect for privacy! We couldn't have asked for a better place for such a special weekend. We would definitely stay at this house again in the future!

Taos Mountain House

My wife and traveling companions have stayed at many properties over the years and this is hands down the best we have experienced. From the exterior landscaping to the interior decor, we could not have asked for a better experience. The kitchen was the best equipped we have ever encountered, the gas grill was in perfectly good working order, generous numbers of cups, plates and cooking utensils were available. The views from the back covered patio were exceptional and many nights were spent watching the moon rise over the mountains. We liked the property so much we have discussed returning next spring or fall for an extended stay.

Overall we had a great stay but the house was a little run down for the price we paid and there were a few things that I would include in the kitchen including Salad spinner and tea towels Also the kitchen had too many odds and ends in all the drawers Big note is we were told we could not adjust the heating system and found the house too hot for our liking Thank you

What a beautiful home

Our stay in this home in El Prado left us wanting to come back again and again. The house is well thought out and spacious. We cooked most of our meals at the house and the kitchen (for a rental) was well appointed. The beds were comfortable. The meditation/yoga room is such a great treat after a day of skiing. The only two negatives were that the dishwasher is still broken (I believe that I saw a previous comment about this) and that the hot tub is a little small for the amount of people the house sleeps. I would not suggest having more than 4 adults in at a time.

exceeded expectations

Four "mature" college friends gathered here for five nights. Found the place almost perfect. Needs a new dishwasher, but hopefully that will have happened by the time we return next October. We have already reserved it.
