The open-concept living, dining, and kitchen areas flow together for easy gathering, anchored by two traditional kiva fireplaces and warmed by radiant floors underfoot. Step outside to wraparound patios made for grilling, dining alfresco, gathering around the gas fire pit, and soaking in the private hot tub as the sky shifts from day to dusk.

Beautiful location just outside Santa Fe. Amazing views; well appointed home and outdoor space. Enjoyed family time playing games, relaxing on the patios and star gazing while soaking in the spa. Breakfast at nearby Cafe Fina was fabulous.
It was an excellent stay. Had everything we needed and easy to get to.

Our second time staying at the condo. Beautifully cleaned, beautifully appointed, beautiful location. Will definitely be staying again when we come back to Santa Fe to visit our daughter.
The property was very clean and the host was communicative. The property was very nice and we would definitely go back. It was also conveniently located close to markets.
Absolutely everything was perfect. Super clean, well appointed and wonderful location. Will definitely be staying again when we visit our daughter and new grandbaby.

Pleasant
Clean, comfortable, convenient accommodations with nice furnishings. We walked to the Plaza several times from this location.
We loved our stay at this property in Santa Fe. It was incredibly clean, and also had minimalistic decor, which made it safe for my 1.5 year old. The location was great - away from the city, so it was nice and quiet, but not too far from anything. The beds and couches were comfortable, we enjoyed watching a movie on the smart TV, and the bathrooms were very clean. We would definitely stay again!
The unit is lovely, with all the essentials you need for restful vacation. It's comfortable and quiet, but just minutes away from the Plaza and Canyon Road districts. The spectacular night sky and glorious dawn vistas are an added bonus.
We come to Santa Fe often and stay in different parts of town to see where we might like to buy when it’s time to retire. This location was the best so far. We could be anywhere in 10 minutes or less. This time we stayed for 3 weeks. This property was perfect for my husband and me. I highly, highly recommend a stay here.

Beautiful home conveniently located
Located just north of the plaza this house was so convenient. My family stayed for a week visiting family in Los Alamos. Location was so convenient. Plenty of space and fully stocked kitchen. We'd definitely stay again on future trips. Walking distance to the Santa Fe plaza.
I booked this cozy and cute home for our Thanksgiving getaway to do something different (2 adults, 2 kids). The home actually looks better in person than the pictures. It was stocked with all necessary essentials to cook on Thanksgiving day. It was within driving distance to the downtown area which was super convenient.
Loved our casita from the moment we stepped in! Very inviting and cozy feel to the entire unit. Would definitely recommend anyone to stay here. It was close to the Plaza area, yet far enough away without excess traffic/street noise. The garden and patio area was so relaxing!
A couple of suggestions:
The living room needs a lamp! The overhead lighting was very harsh and hard to view the TV when it was on.
Pillows in both bedrooms need to be better. We found them to be very flat.
Please switch to better toilet tissue.
The coffee pot leaked toward the end of the week, perhaps a good cleaning.

Really Nice Home in Santa Fe Hills!
My wife, son and I visited Santa Fe for Christmas staying in this really lovely home.
It was very well equipped for us to make a nice Christmas dinner and space for us to spread out comfortably. With parking just outside the main door it was great. I initially had concerns it might be a bit of a drive to the main sites in Santa Fe, but quickly discovered everything was a 5 to 15 minute drive away. It also offers easy freeway access to Taos, Las Alamos, and other areas. Also, if you like to snow ski and visit in the winter you can make the 30 minute trip up to the Santa Fe ski area (rentals are available). We didn't even know this existed. Last, views around the house walking to the car each day are terrific.
If you stay here you will love it.
Nice house - ridiculous clean fee. "Host" is a corporation.
VRBO is making a HUGE mistake in allowing Corporate America to operate these short term stays. You are no longer dealing with an owner who cares...just more American mo-money shake down in the form of "Property Manager." The "fees" charged raised the cost more than 40%, and our request for a 30-minute "early check in" were just ignored. Yep, the USA is all about who can get away with picking your pocket better. Sad.

Response from VrboOwner on 3 July 2025
Curt, thanks for sharing your thoughts. We’re sorry to hear that your experience left you feeling this way. While we understand the frustration around fees and check-in policies, we always aim to be transparent in our listing and do our best to respond to guest requests. We know it’s not the same as dealing with a private owner, but we take pride in providing reliable service, clean accommodations, and consistent support. That said, your feedback is important, and we’ll continue working to improve the guest experience wherever we can.
