The Space:

Dos Vistas is a single-level adobe home set on a peaceful stretch of high desert outside Santa Fe, where classic Northern New Mexico style meets wide-open views. Inside, hand-built viga ceilings, white adobe walls, and large picture windows fill the home with light and frame the landscape from nearly every room.



The open-concept living, dining, and kitchen areas flow together for easy gathering, anchored by two traditional kiva fireplaces and warmed by radiant floors underfoot. Step outside to wraparound patios made for grilling, dining alfresco, gathering around the gas fire pit, and soaking in the private hot tub as the sky shifts from day to dusk.

Each room is set up to give couples, families, and friends room to rest after a day of exploring.

Bedroom 1 features a king bed, a private ensuite bath, and a door opening directly onto the hot tub patio.

Bedroom 2 offers a comfortable queen bed with bright windows and Southwestern touches.

Bedroom 3 includes a twin daybed with a pull-out trundle, a flexible option for kids or additional guests.



Bathrooms

Dos Vistas offers two full bathrooms. The king ensuite features a double vanity, a deep soaking tub, and a separate walk-in glass shower, while the second full bath serves the remaining bedrooms with a tiled vanity and tub-and-shower. Fresh towels and standard bath amenities are provided.

The great room is the heart of the home, with soaring viga ceilings, a traditional kiva fireplace, and walls of windows that pull in the desert light and views. Relax on the comfortable seating, play a tune on the piano, or settle in for a movie on the Smart TV. The open layout connects easily to the kitchen and dining areas, making it simple for the whole group to be together.

The fully equipped chef's kitchen features a large island with bar seating, stone countertops, an induction cooktop, double ovens, and full-size appliances, with abundant space to cook for a crowd. Just off the kitchen, the dining area seats six beside a second kiva fireplace, with windows and patio doors that bring the mountain views right to the table.



Outdoor Space

Wraparound patios make the most of the home's high-desert setting. Fire up the gas grill, dine alfresco at the patio table, or gather around the gas fire pit as the stars come out. Sun loungers and Adirondack chairs invite slow afternoons, while the native pinon-and-sage landscape and far-off mountains keep the focus on the scenery.



Hot Tub

The private hot tub sits just off the patio with nothing but open desert and sky in front of it. It is the perfect spot to start the morning, ease sore muscles after a hike, or watch the Sangre de Cristos turn golden at sunset.

Guest Access:

Guests have full, private access to the entire single-level home, including both patios, the hot tub, and the in-unit laundry.

Self check-in is easy via a secure lockbox, so you can arrive on your own schedule.

Parking is available in the driveway for up to 4 vehicles. The garage is not accessible for guest use.

In winter, a 4WD or AWD vehicle is recommended for navigating Northern New Mexico's high-desert roads after snow.

Getting Around:

A car is recommended for your stay. Downtown Santa Fe is about 14 miles away, and Ski Santa Fe is roughly 29 miles away.

• Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM.

• Pets are not allowed.

• Maximum occupancy is 6 guests, and only registered guests are permitted.

• Guests must be 21 or older to book.

• Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please respect the peaceful nature of this quiet neighborhood.

• No smoking, parties, or events anywhere on the property.

• Cooling is provided by mini-split A/C units in the living area and bedrooms; heating is radiant in-floor, so thermostat changes can take time to register.

• Please flush only toilet paper to keep the home's plumbing running smoothly.

• It can get breezy here, so please close patio umbrellas when not in use.

• Streaming services are available with guests' own account(s).
