Upstairs Master Bedroom Suite has 180 degree views of the ocean while relaxing on a California King bed and includes a shower and powder room with a walk-in closet and a private balcony. Downstairs Master Bedroom Suite has a California King Bed, two 6' mirrored doored closets with a full bathroom including shower/bathtub, 48" vanity and wall of storage cabinets. The newly remodeled full kitchen has quartz countertops, full-size refrigerator, full-size gas stove, full-size dishwasher, microwave, Keurig coffeemaker, and Ninja blender. The kitchen nook seats 4 with views of the boardwalk and beach. The (342 sq ft) living room includes a 6' x 3' dining table with benches, a leather couch, 65" Smart TV, automated gas fireplace, 2 rocking swivel chairs, an attached powder room for guests. The front patio has 4 Adirondack chairs with a propane firepit for warmth and roasting marshmallows while watching the people walk by on the boardwalk, watching sunsets or enjoying the surf. The fenced backyard includes a picnic table and a BBQ. The laundry room has a new full-size washer and dryer.
Guest has access to the entire front house which includes 2 Master Bedrooms, living room, kitchen, laundry room, 2.5 bathrooms, front patio, and backyard. The owner lives in the studio apartment in the back and shares the backyard which includes the BBQ and trash cans.

- No visitors. Only registered & approved guests are allowed on property. Extra guest charge will be applied to any visitors.

- Parking: please park your vehicle in space number 3 with the numbers 3345 OFW on the parking block. Additional paid parking available on a first come first serve basis. See parking signage located on site.
- NOTICE TO GUESTS: Please remove valuables from your vehicle and lock all doors. This facility is not responsible for loss or damage due to theft, fire, or any other cause. Vehicles and contents are parked at owner's risk.
- Welcome binder in property is full of useful information about our home and the area.
- Trash pick up is Tuesday so please put the cans out Monday night and bring them in after pick up and put them along the back fence through the back gate.
-The fireplace is electronic and has a remote. To turn it on simply open the glass doors and click the power button on the remote. Please turn it off when you are done enjoying it.
- Early check-in and late check-out policy: subject to availability for an additional fee.
- Security Features: Exterior security cameras present that record or transmit video, images, or audio. 5 exterior Ring cameras with audio and video recording. All pointing away from the house. Located at parking, back door, side door, front door and front patio.
External Security Cameras are for the safety and security of the premises and to ensure compliance with the rental agreement. Guests are strictly prohibited from tampering with, adjusting, covering, obstructing, unplugging, disabling, removing batteries from, moving, or otherwise interfering with any security cameras or related equipment. Any such action will be considered a material breach of this agreement, may result in immediate eviction without refund, additional fees of $1,000, and/or reporting to the OTA platform.
