The space was perfect for our stay. The bed was comfortable and there was plenty of room to spread out and get ready for the wedding we attended. We didn’t end up cooking at the property but if we had needed to the kitchen was well stocked with all kinds of cookware and utensils. The bathroom also had plenty of towels and spare toiletries and the shower water was nice and hot. Overall it was a cozy space for a quick trip and we would happily book again if we found ourselves in the area.

This is such a cute and amazing little studio in Grass Valley! The hosts were incredibly nice and lets us do an early check in. Everything was clean, organized, and the hosts even provided some complimentary mosquito repellent wristbands. Highly recommended staying here!

Sweet little guest house tucked away in the pine trees. Really enjoyed reading my book and working on the back porch in the mornings and evenings while watching the wildlife and horses next door. Arrived late in the evening the first night, so the road getting there was unfamiliar, but I took it slow and found the property with no issues! Host was communicative and respectful of my space/privacy. Kitchen/Bath had everything I needed and plenty of extra towels. Bed was comfortable and room felt very spacious overall. Town/stores were only a few minutes away, I wish I had more time to explore the area because it looked like a cool place! All in all, I really enjoyed my short stay and would definitely book again.
