The space is clean and convenient to the beach. The host was responsive. The beds are very comfortable with very soft bedding. The kitchen was well appointed with everything you would need to cook. Parking is off the street right beside the cottage. Would definitely stay here again.

The Coastal Cottage is a tucked-away, deeply relaxing "home away from home!" It's quiet and peaceful, just off one of Oak Island Golf Club's 18 holes. The place is incredibly clean. Personal fenced-in yard and patio, sunroom with two rocking chairs, a spacious living room, 2 nice sized bedrooms (with deep closets), and a full kitchen with everything you need. And the showers in the two bathrooms are great! The Coastal Cottage is perfect for 1-4 people.Stephanie is a top-notch host! She included multiple personal touches for our stay. Stephanie responds quickly to any questions, making the entire process seamless and welcoming. It is rare to find a rental that feels this thoughtful! It is close to the beach, Southport, and Fort Caswell. Do yourself a favor and reserve the Coastal Cottage. Thank you, Stephanie, for the best getaway!
