Remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please leave towels hanging on towel racks so they can dry - no one loves a stinky towel! Dispose of trash using the huts in the parking lot for trash/recycling.
Please wash any dishes, pans or utensils you used. Feel free to leave them on the drying rack. Be sure to turn off A/C, lights, fans - doing our part to conserve energy on the island.
Leave lanyards for pool/laundry and parking permit on the counter ($50 fee if not returned), and ensure the door is locked on the way out!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Absolutely no smoking of any kind inside the unit or on the lanai. It is ONLY allowed in a designated smoking location in the parking lot.

Had an amazing stay at this beautiful condo in Kauai! The location was perfect — just a short walk to the beach, with multiple pools on the property that made it feel like a true island retreat. The hosts went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and stress-free, from the seamless check-in process to the helpful recommendations for nearby restaurants and shopping. The condo itself was spotless, thoughtfully decorated, and stocked with everything we needed. We truly felt at home and can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Kauai!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! Since this property is newer to Vrbo, I wanted to leave a review because it truly deserves one.From the moment we walked in, we could tell how much thought and care had gone into every detail. The condo was spotless, beautifully decorated, and felt warm and inviting—more like a home than a vacation rental. It was one of the cleanest places we’ve ever stayed.The kitchen was exceptionally well stocked with everything you could possibly need to prepare meals, which made cooking easy and enjoyable. The beds were comfortable, and I have to mention the pillows—they were honestly the best I’ve ever slept on while traveling!The two air conditioning units made it easy to keep the temperature exactly where we wanted it throughout our stay. Having access to three pools and on-site laundry facilities was another huge bonus.The location couldn’t have been better. It’s centrally located, making it convenient to explore both the north and south sides of the island, and there are several great restaurants within walking distance.Communication with the owners was outstanding from start to finish. They were responsive, friendly, and made everything effortless.We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would absolutely book this property again. If you’re considering this rental, don’t hesitate—you won’t be disappointed!

This property is clean, spacious and perfectly located. We had different plans all over the island the whole week, and the central location of this property was so helpful. This place IS NICE! Super clean. Awesome fully loaded kitchen. A/C that kept us cool. King Bed. The check in/out process was a breeze, hosts were a dream. Perfect experience, 10/10 recommend. Bonus surprise! There were 2 beach chairs, an umbrella, and a small cooler to use. We packed a lunch and used the cooler with ice packs everyday, thank you!

Kapaa is a great place to be able to explore both the north and south side of an island during your stay. Its a 10 minute drive from the airport and has lots of great restaurants and shops nearby.

We have spent a lot of time renovating it and outfitting it in a way that is clean, modern and comfortable. Our goal is make sure you have everything you need in the unit during your stay- from beach chairs to spices, from beach towels to flashlights.
