The building is on the corner of Exchange Street Fore Street sitting perfectly in the heart of Portland’s historic Old Port district. The unit features a sloped celling with an impressive skylight. There are two bedrooms both with a queen bed, full closet, and dresser. Both windows overlook the unique architecture of downtown Portland. There is also an additional loft space with two extra twin beds and more seating. On the first floor, there is a full kitchen, luxurious bathroom, and large living room with plenty of seating, a 100 inch smart TV, and an electric fireplace. The unit also has air conditioning/heat and WiFi.
