The layout is perfect for multi-generational stays, each room as cozy as the other:
• Main-floor primary king suite with private en-suite bath (with minimal steps into the house—ideal for grandparents)
• Spacious upstairs guest room with two queen beds
• Large bunk room with five twin beds—a favorite for kids, cousins, and friends
• Loft area with single futon and private basement room for flexible sleeping space
And enough bathrooms for everyone including: 1/2 bath on main floor, full bath in main floor primary, two full baths upstairs and 1/2 bath in basement.

The open-concept kitchen, dining, and living area is fully equipped for cooking, gathering, and unwinding after a day of exploring, fall color watching, golfing, biking, relaxing, dining, skiing or shopping.

Space to Play & Unwind
Unlike most condos, you’ll have multiple hangout spaces. The unfinished basement rec area offers a fun, separate area for all ages and includes:

• The bunk room was added to maximize sleeping space and features an exterior door with fire stairs. From inside the home, it is accessed through an upstairs bathroom, creating a pass-through layout. To prioritize safety, interior bathroom locks have been removed to prevent accidental lock-ins. Privacy is thoughtfully maintained with a separating curtain and clear signage to support comfortable shared use.
• The basement includes a private room but does not have an egress window, so not a legal bedroom but may be used within the 12-guest limit.
