This cozy 2,500 sq. ft. Harbor Springs home gives families and groups room to spread out with multiple gathering spaces, a dedicated game room, a private backyard, and comfortable sleeping arrangements for up to 12 guests.

Spend the morning skiing at Nubs Nob, enjoy lunch and shopping in downtown Harbor Springs, explore the Petoskey Gaslight District, bike scenic trails, visit local wineries, swim at the beautiful Petoskey State Park or take a drive along the famous Tunnel of Trees. Then come home for a fun evening at the bonfire, playing games or cooking - with plenty of space to relax.

Important Details Before Booking
• The bunk room was added to maximize sleeping space and features an exterior door with fire stairs. From inside the home, it is accessed through an upstairs bathroom, creating a pass-through layout. To prioritize safety, interior bathroom locks have been removed to prevent accidental lock-ins. Privacy is maintained with a separating curtain and clear signage to support comfortable shared use.
• The basement includes a private flex room but does not have an egress window, so it is not considered a legal bedroom. It may be used within the 12-guest occupancy limit.
