Please note: The home is designed for 2. All amenities are meant for a couple. The dining table is small and has seating for 2. Also—NO PETS. Please do not book if you have an animal.

This small-but-mighty Breckenridge bungalow is the perfect spot for a solo retreat, a couples getaway, or a gathering with a friend. Enjoy the comforts of home and the amenities you desire, including a flat-screen TV, full kitchen, and rustic-yet-modern decor.

After a day on the slopes, kick your feet up and relax a while inside. Unwind in the living area, complete with a convertible couch and 2-person bar seating.

Whip up post-ski snacks in the kitchen. This quaint space is well-equipped with a stovetop, oven, microwave, and more. Upgrade your feast with an entree on the community gas grill!

End each day with a quick rinse in the shower/tub combo and a relaxing night on the queen bed in the bedroom. Additional guests can utilize the fold-out sofa bed in the living room.

****If you intend to use the sofa bed, then also plan to bring your own blankets. Sheets and pillowcases will be provided. There are no extra, clean blankets in the home.

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items and remove leftover food and drinks
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Wash any dishes you may have used and place them in the appropriate cabinets; Place all used sheets, linens, and towels in a pile in the middle of the living room floor; Set thermostat to 70 degrees;
Return the parking pass to the table in the home. If the pass is not returned, a 100$ replacement fee will be issued. Lock the door behind you when you leave.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
