We loved this townhouse … just perfect for our small family get together! Jody’s were great at answering any questions we had! We would love to go back!!!
Thank you for the wonderful townhouse accommodations. The place is so clean and exactly liked pictured and summarized on the listing. We so enjoyed the peacefulness of the place. Being next to the river is a must. There are picnic tables by the river to enjoy lunch and viewing the wildlife. Love the location and we will be back! Don't miss walking to Coffee on the Rocks!
We had a wonderful stay at this property. The location is ideal: an end unit that backs to the Big Thompson River, and close to the entrance to RMNP. It feels private and you hear the river from the deck. The hosts were excellent communicators, with fast response times to questions. The house was as described, clean & well appointed. We especially appreciated the cotton bedding, plush towels & that back up supplies of paper towels, toilet paper, tissues & soap were provided. We also enjoyed cooking on the new gas grill daily. Overall, we were extremely satisfied with everything about this accommodation; it exceeded our expectations!
This was such a great place to stay! Location was amazing, close to a lot of things and quick easy access to the river! The host was so helpful and responsive! The place was clean, well stocked and very well thought out on details! Would definitely stay here again!

Jenna, thanks so much for the kind review — I’m glad our house’s location and amenities worked so well and that you found everything clean and well stocked. I’d love to host you again whenever you’re back in Estes Park.
Wonderful place to stay! Would definitely stay here again when I am back in the area!! We stay in Estes about 5 times a year at various rentals and this is in my top 2 places I have stayed in. Very comfortable and wonderful space for a family. Large enough to not feel crowded at all! Husband loved the fishing right outside the back door. Great walking path along the river to get coffee, food, or wine at Coffee on the Rocks. Not far from downtown. I actually walked to downtown and was an easy 15 minute walk. Thanks again for the wonderful stay!
